· Buyer to post 500 000$ USD per unit refundable deposit prior to inspection.
· Deposit will provide first right of refusal to buyer for 30 days
· On satisfactory inspection payment is made as below.
PAYMENT TERMS: All payments will be handled through a designated Escrow Agent. Escrow Agent shall coordinate all matters regarding receipt and transfer of funds and all other matters so that the Partiesare guaranteed delivery of the Goods and payment for such Goods. Payments from Escrow Agent to Seller shall only be released after Seller has provided clean title transfer to Buyer or its assignee, via theEscrow Agent. No partial payment from Escrow Agent shall be made prior to clean title transfer.
Buyer and Seller will send joint written instructions to Escrow Agent prior to payment being made.
