The consignment comprises 1 927 cartons, with a declared gross weight of approximately 12 137.92 kg. and total volume of 66.61 CBM.
The goods include various flat-packed wooden furniture items including but not limited to:
bathroom kit boxes;
- foldable coffee tables;
- step stools;
- children’s chairs;
- round side tables;
- console tables;
- C-tables; and
- suite benches.
The furniture appears to be mainly mango wood / rain tree wood, with natural and white finishes, depending on the item type.
We recently inspected a representative selection of the cargo. Based on our visual examination, the goods appeared to be well packed and well protected, being contained within strong cardboard cartons with internal foam sheets, corner protection and other protective packing materials.
The sample cartons opened during our attendance presented well, and the furniture components seen appeared to be of good quality.
